Join us under the big white tent for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, great wine, and vineyard views. This casual, family-style clambake is presented by Spice Catering and is one of our most popular events of the season—seating is limited and it always sells out!

🍽️ Menu Highlights:
Start the evening with a beautifully prepared Harvest Table featuring:
• Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, Lemon-Scented Olives
• Assorted Domestic & Imported Cheeses
• Gourmet Crackers & Flatbreads

Followed by a warm cup of New England Clam Chowder with oyster crackers.

Dinner Buffet, including your pre-ordered entrée:
• Steamed 1¼ lb Lobster with Drawn Butter & Lemon
• Steamed Mussels with Garlic, Onions & Herbs

Served with a variety of sides:
• BBQ Chicken Quarters
• Corn on the Cob with Butter
• Oven Roasted Potatoes
• Grilled Vegetable Platter with Balsamic Glaze
• Honey Cornbread

For Dessert:
• Sliced Watermelon
• Assorted Baked Cookies

• Wine available for purchase (CT law requires 2 people to be present for bottle purchases)
• This is a 21+ event
• No outside beverages (including coffee cups or twist tops)
• No dogs permitted
• Rain or shine!
• Event opens at 5:00pm — no early access
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable
• Wine Club Members: Limit 2 discounted tickets per membership
